Wanna Bet?!

So - Last night, I was in the gym for the 1st, maybe 2nd ...no, 1st time in the new year (crowded as HELL), & was trying to catch up on the last of the magazines from last year that were sitting around... Came across the Ask E.Jean column in a fashion magazine where she was helping a sad & overweight newlywed by suggesting she go to Flaab.com and daring herself to lose the weight she was lamenting over by holding both money & a threat to send the cash AND a letter to her husbands ex-girlfriend if she didn't lose it! hahaha... I thought, oh this is just sweet EJean's way of telling the woman to take responsibility for her own fork-to-mouth action and slow down the gravy train, but oh-no! it's ALL TRUE! This is the sort of weight loss program I could get behind.

You just go see if you can scare/bribe yourself into losing that "last 5"!
